{"id":1774,"date":"2021-01-25T17:34:34","date_gmt":"2021-01-25T17:34:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/?p=1774"},"modified":"2023-07-21T18:02:43","modified_gmt":"2023-07-21T18:02:43","slug":"modelos-de-operacion-y-tipos-de-procesos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/en\/operation-models-and-types-of-processes-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Operation Models and Types of Processes."},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Introduction: <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Do you know how the operating models and the Types of Processes that exist work?<\/strong>, The operation models and Types of Processes within an organization work as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Companies sell products or services and in order to produce them, all organizations execute a set of&nbsp;<strong>unique processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These processes, in order to be executed by people, have to be well defined; and in order to define them well it is necessary to paint the limits of each one, resulting in the&nbsp;<strong>roles and responsibilities<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>that create organizational structures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"359\" height=\"304\" src=\"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1775\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image.png 359w, https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-300x254.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 359px) 100vw, 359px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Roles and responsibilities<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>creating organizational structures<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The<strong>&nbsp;technology<\/strong>&nbsp;supports and automates them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>strategy<\/strong>&nbsp;sets the course and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>culture<\/strong>&nbsp;defines the way to do the work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Therefore we can say that processes are as important as strategy, culture and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our understanding<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#039;s start by defining that a&nbsp;<strong>process is a continuous and repeatable series of related activities<\/strong>&nbsp;that through the use of resources converts one or more inputs into one or more outputs, creating value for the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To fulfill the mission that each of the companies has, it does so by executing Process Reengineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We define that there is a classification of three Supra Processes in each organization and they are the following:<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"440\" src=\"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1776\" srcset=\"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-1.png 1024w, https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-1-300x129.png 300w, https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/image-1-768x330.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Strategic Processes<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>They are those that are carried out by senior management and dictate the direction of the organization, they dictate the direction that the company will take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Substantive Processes<\/strong>:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Also known as the value chain or the \u201cCore of the Organization\u201d.
