Do you know how the operating models and the Types of Processes that exist work?<\/strong>, The operation models and Types of Processes within an organization work as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Companies sell products or services and in order to produce them, all organizations execute a set of unique processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n These processes, in order to be executed by people, have to be well defined; and in order to define them well it is necessary to paint the limits of each one, resulting in the roles and responsibilities<\/strong> that create organizational structures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n Therefore we can say that processes are as important as strategy, culture and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Let's start by defining that a process is a continuous and repeatable series of related activities<\/strong> that through the use of resources converts one or more inputs into one or more outputs, creating value for the Customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To fulfill the mission that each of the companies has, it does so by executing Process Reengineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n They are those that are carried out by senior management and dictate the direction of the organization, they dictate the direction that the company will take.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Also known as the value chain or the \u201cCore of the Organization\u201d.
