Y gracias a que algunas disciplinas sociales se dedicaron a entenderlo, contamos ahora con estrategias que ayudan a gestionarlo en las corporaciones de la mejor manera. Algunas de ellas est\u00e1n establecidas en el Modelo de cambio de Kurt Lewin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El modelo de cambio de Kurt Lewin es sencillo y \u00fatil para supervisar las transformaciones en nuestra empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/en\/el-cambio-como-orden-de-las-cosas\/\">El cambio como orden de las cosas<\/a>.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La siguiente frase, acu\u00f1ada por Her\u00e1clito hace miles de a\u00f1os, nunca ha parecido m\u00e1s vigente: <strong>\u201cLo \u00fanico constante es el cambio\u201d<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed es, aunque la mayor\u00eda de las personas prefieren, por comodidad,&nbsp; aferrarse al estado de las cosas. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Sencillamente porque el cambio implica incertidumbre y salir de la zona de confort. Por otro lado, se ha visto que las organizaciones que no se adaptan pueden desaparecer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.hubspot.es\/sales\/que-es-modelo-kurt-lewin\">Modelo de cambio de&nbsp;Lewin<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Este psic\u00f3logo social se dio cuenta de que tanto los individuos como las corporaciones enfrentan fuerzas opuestas: las que incitan el cambio&nbsp; y las que generan resistencia al mismo. Dichas fuerzas de resistencia deben de ser tomadas en cuenta cuando nos proponemos introducir un cambio organizacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Lewin se percat\u00f3 de que un cambio en el sistema o grupo afecta la conducta de los individuos que lo conforman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En grupos de tres.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed, cuando se desea introducir un cambio organizacional hay que tener en cuenta tres facetas del proceso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Situaci\u00f3n actual (As Is).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Situaci\u00f3n futura (To Be).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Son tres los factores que nos pueden ayudar a vencer la resistencia: la Comunicaci\u00f3n, el Involucramiento de los Empleados y los Agentes de Cambio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y tambi\u00e9n las tres etapas por las que habr\u00e1 que pasar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Descongelar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movimiento o cambio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Re-congelar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En la etapa de descongelar se requiere:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Determinar qu\u00e9 se necesita cambiar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asegurar que existe el soporte necesario por parte de los l\u00edderes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crear la necesidad de cambio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administrar y entender las dudas y preocupaciones de los colaboradores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Durante el movimiento habremos de:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Comunicar frecuentemente y con transparencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminar rumores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empoderar la acci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involucrar a la gente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Y para que el cambio permanezca debemos re-congelar buscando:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Anclar los cambios a la cultura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desarrollar formas para sostenerlo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proveer soporte y entrenamiento.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Celebrar los \u00e9xitos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Este ciclo podr\u00eda verse como una espiral de mejora continua:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/2N90yU5qIzvFvos_w-DV4JNPcAFOzEm0t8u3_qoho73rTR2SkQs35NHqvRWJUZZHfl81erSlb_YL2KCeOsMYTpre68voL4XE_OWCvTLKwNbdRwwGVgw8NuOszmisJllU3SZnTvLbJgJnOHb2DQi1xmbeo004Alhu679BxqpgVspCCri8kDs1KCrFhgkg9v-g5dTbT2X-Bw\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El modelo de cambio de Lewin es muy \u00fatil para la gestionarlo ya que no s\u00f3lo busca explicar su naturaleza sino establecer sus etapas o fases. \u00c9stas abarcan desde la preparaci\u00f3n para el cambio hasta la transici\u00f3n y el sostenimiento del mismo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El modelo de Lewin no es el \u00fanico que existe.
