Introduction<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

En octubre de 2018 fue publicada en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n <\/strong><\/a>la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-035-STPS-2018 <\/strong>por medio de la cual se establecen disposiciones que deber\u00e1n adoptarse en los centros de trabajo<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Su finalidad es identificar y prevenir los factores de riesgo psicosocial, as\u00ed como para promover un entorno organizacional favorable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los principales objetivos de la Secretar\u00eda del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social consiste en la prevenci\u00f3n de riesgos de trabajo, y en consecuencia la promoci\u00f3n de la seguridad y salud de todos los trabajadores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe destacar la existencia de 2 normas oficiales mexicanas previas a la publicaci\u00f3n de la NOM035. Cuyo cumplimiento es de car\u00e1cter obligatorio y actualmente complementan su regulaci\u00f3n: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOM-019-STPS-2011<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Constituci\u00f3n, integraci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n y funcionamiento de las comisiones de seguridad e higiene. <\/strong>Esta norma determina que todos los centros de trabajo deben de contar con su propia comisi\u00f3n de seguridad e higiene. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Establece actividades, recorridos de inspecci\u00f3n, contar con un programa de trabajo. Como tambi\u00e9n actas de evidencias y dem\u00e1s acciones para investigar las causas de accidentes en el trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe destacar que la NOM-035 aborda el tema \u201cAmbiente de trabajo\u201d; donde eval\u00faa la percepci\u00f3n de los colaboradores sobre los peligros que representa su lugar de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOM-030-STPS-2009<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Servicios preventivos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo.<\/strong> Su objetivo consiste en establecer funciones y actividades que deber\u00e1n realizar los servicios preventivos de seguridad y salud para disminuir los accidentes y enfermedades en los centros laborales, incluidos los trastornos psicosociales a causa de las labores desempe\u00f1adas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusion<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

En suma, las normas 019 y 030 son disposiciones que complementan a la norma 035 y que tienen como finalidad incrementar la seguridad, la salud y la productividad en los centros de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
