Por lo que, para tomar decisiones respecto a c\u00f3mo implementar el trabajo colaborativo a distancia, se requieren diversos enfoques para abordar la estrategia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Identificar los <a href=\"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/en\/reingenieria-procesos\/\">procesos clave<\/a> y determinar el impacto del trabajo a distancia en ellos<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay actividades que no estar\u00e1n sujetas a esta modalidad. Pero habr\u00e1 algunas que requieran un an\u00e1lisis detallado de procesos punta a punta. En otras palabras, quiz\u00e1 una mezcla entre trabajo presencial y remoto sea una buena opci\u00f3n. Sin embargo tambi\u00e9n, hay que tomar en cuenta las actividades que s\u00f3lo sean sujetas a esta nueva modalidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Considerar integralmente el impacto del cambio<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El trabajo a distancia no se trata solamente de personas y procesos, la cultura organizacional tendr\u00e1 un impacto significativo. Por lo que, es sustancial analizar el impacto en la gobernabilidad de las decisiones, el liderazgo, los modelos de coordinaci\u00f3n, la evaluaci\u00f3n del desempe\u00f1o y todas las variables relacionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Planificar la adopci\u00f3n en fases<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>En caso de ser viable, tomar un proceso a la vez de manera integral con t\u00e1cticas de sensibilizaci\u00f3n, capacitaci\u00f3n, comunicaci\u00f3n y medici\u00f3n de resultados. Esto llevar\u00e1 a una supervisi\u00f3n constante en su adopci\u00f3n y podr\u00e1 mitigar eventos no previstos, retrasos y dar visibilidad. Lo que dar\u00e1 como beneficio en el caso de modificar los procedimientos o roles para una mejor toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implementar herramientas para la productividad<\/strong>.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Pensar en el trabajo a distancia utilizando las aplicaciones tradicionales de oficina, podr\u00eda no ser muy conveniente. El teletrabajo requiere software colaborativo en tiempo real, que permita acceder a la informaci\u00f3n en la nube y con disponibilidad de 24 x 365.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Capacitar y reforzar la capacitaci\u00f3n. <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Cualquier ajuste en la manera de trabajar requiere de acompa\u00f1amiento constante para verificar que todo el proceso est\u00e9 correctamente implementado. En algunos casos habr\u00e1 que<a href=\"https:\/\/coacharte.mx\/en\/#servicios\"> alinear nuevos procedimientos<\/a>. En otras se requerir\u00e1 de una instrucci\u00f3n detallada para el uso de nuevas herramientas o sistemas.
