Todos podemos visualizar una feria de empleo tradicional (\u201canticuada\u201d a decir de algunos): un sinf\u00edn de stands<\/em> con logos y tr\u00edpticos de empresas de todo tipo; gente de RH esperando en sus sillas a que se acerquen colaboradores potenciales, revisando las pilas de CVs recibidos; una marea de gente y el ocasional discurso o conferencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naturalmente, esto implica gastos<\/strong> para la compa\u00f1\u00eda: traslados, vi\u00e1ticos, materiales impresos, lonas, etc. y adem\u00e1s una gran inversi\u00f3n de tiempo<\/strong>. Sin embargo, algunos reclutadores que han participado en estas ferias afirman que, utilizarlas de manera exclusiva, genera pocas contrataciones o hallazgos de talento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es cierto, a ellas acuden muchas personas, pero en su mayor\u00eda son reci\u00e9n egresados o estudiantes que no terminan de embonar con el perfil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el segmento anterior mencionamos un punto importante: quiz\u00e1 las ferias de trabajo no son tan eficientes cuando son utilizadas como un \u00fanico<\/em> medio de contrataci\u00f3n. Aunque funcionan bien cuando los reclutadores logran integrarlas a un conjunto de estrategias<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es esencial saber elegir el tipo de feria en el que se participa. Por otro lado, los reclutadores pueden echarle un vistazo previo a los CV\u2019s y aprovechar el evento para concertar entrevistas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No hay duda de que es mejor tener al candidato frente a frente a tener un par de hojas con su informaci\u00f3n entre las manos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
