In the Official Gazette of the Federation of October 2018, the Official Mexican Standard NOM-035-STPS-2018 was published, which seeks identify and prevent psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, as well as promoting a favorable organizational environment. The provisions of this standard are mandatory for all the work centers.
