NOM-035
In the Official Gazette of the Federation of October 2018, the Official Mexican Standard NOM-035-STPS-2018 was published, which seeks identify and prevent psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, as well as promoting a favorable organizational environment. The provisions of this standard are mandatory for all the work centers.

Our methodology contemplates these pillars:
1. DIAGNOSIS
- Analysis of the level of compliance using a technological tool (Zoho).
- Identification of compliance levels of NOM-035.
- Identification of the percentage of applicability and non-applicability of NOM-035.
- Calculation of the maximum amount of fines depending on the number of workers due to non-applicability.
2. VALUATION
Short-term solution proposal.
3. DESIGN
Validation of the diagnosis previously obtained through a more detailed analysis.
Design of the strategy to increase the percentage of compliance with NOM-035.
4. EXECUTION
Weekly sessions.
Assignment of tasks and those responsible for their execution (client and Coacharte).
5. COMMUNICATION
Review the concept and interpretation of NOM-035 with collaborators (what it is and what it is not).
Let them know the actions that are being carried out in relation to the standard. Share achievements.
6. FOLLOW-UP
Monitoring the increase in the percentage of applicability.
