NOM-035

In the Official Gazette of the Federation of October 2018, the Official Mexican Standard NOM-035-STPS-2018 was published, which seeks identify and prevent psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, as well as promoting a favorable organizational environment. The provisions of this standard are mandatory for all the work centers.

  3. Identification of the percentage of applicability and non-applicability of NOM-035.
  4. Calculation of the maximum amount of fines depending on the number of workers due to non-applicability.

Review the concept and interpretation of NOM-035 with collaborators (what it is and what it is not).
